About Me
I am a fully qualified and BACP registered integrative psychotherapist working in private practice in London.
I offer individual psychotherapy sessions to adults who want to work on their concerns in a secure and confidential space.
I trained at the University of Roehampton and obtained my MA after a number of years spent working in the charity sector, supporting charities such as Mind, Macmillan Cancer Support, The RAC, and GamCare. Before that I worked briefly in publishing before making a career change.
I have a background in English literature and I believe my love of reading and writing has broadened my sense of empathy and understanding of human struggle. Additionally, I have a keen interest in the arts, music, film, and theatre and am passionate about the emotional benefits of storytelling. I enjoy bringing a creative edge to my work through the therapeutic use of metaphor, imagery and journaling.
To ensure I work safely I abide by the BACP Ethical Framework and I support my practice with regular supervision, reflective practice, CPD, and further training.
As a bilingual practitioner I am able to offer sessions in both English and Polish. I have a sensitive understanding of intercultural dynamics and identity struggles.
